ATTENTION: The moccasin in the first three photos is three years old and is displayed here to show you how your moccasin will age. The moccasin you order will be soft and new and ready to form to your foot. Picture four is the color of the leather that your new moccasins will be when you receive them.

The sand colored Inca Moccasin is our best selling moccasin! We hand cut, hand punch, and then hand stitch the thick bullhide leather upper to a soft and durable chocolate brown bull hide leather sole. Raw fringe hangs down around the heel and a stone accent holds the tongue in place. A lace ties at the back of the heel for a comfortable, adjustable fit around your ankle.

People often ask us how long our leather soles will last. Unfortunately, this is a very personal question and there is no simple answer. Some of our customers tell us their moccasins held up well after several years of regular use, and others find their soles wear down after only a few months. The biggest factor that determines how much life is in your soles is how you treat them. It is important to remember that soft leather wears differently than modern shoe materials. Be kind to your moccasins and they will be kind to you.

Once worn in the water and allowed to dry while on your feet, your soft soled Inca will form to your foot for the ultimate in custom, comfortable footwear. We highly recommend doing this in order for your moccasins to reach their full potential in comfort. Enjoy the massage you receive from the Earth every time you walk!
