Our plain shin-high moccasins are born from a simple lightweight, minimalist design. They fall in between an ankle-high and a calf-high when it comes to height. We hand-cut, hand punch, and then hand stitch the thick bullhide leather upper to soft leather lined Vibram sole. Vibram is one of the best sole options on the market and is designed to mimic a barefoot feeling when you walk. You won't even know you're wearing these boots! They're simply that comfortable.

Cannot sing the praises of Tread light gear or these mocs enough!! Extremely thorough communication from start to finish- I wanted to make sure I’d have them for Ren. Faire and they not only made that happen, also completely exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort level. As soon as I put them on I never wanted to take them off! They fit like a dream (originally I was concerned about sizing and width) my questions were taken care of right away, and I also appreciate the level of communication kept during the creation. these boots are so worth the wait! I originally got them in a 7, as that's what I normally wear, but they were too big so I sent them back with a tracing of my foot and the new ones fit perfectly! I ended up needing a 6. They are so comfortable and high quality. The leather is lovely, thick, and smells amazing. I can tell I'll be wearing these forever.
